Pros:

The hotel is in the heart of the old city, few stap from the cathedral. The breakfast is excellent. Large choice of the high quality ingredients. The rooms are super cleans and fancy.

Cons:

It could be a great idea to equip every rooms with the tee set (kettle at first) not only the coffee machine.

Pros:

Ein sehr komfortables, gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und professionellem Personal. Sonderwünsche, in unserem Fall ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer, wurden sofort erfüllt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, warme Speisen werden auf Wunsch extra zubereitet.

Good location

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel, despite what the lobby looks like. The room feels like a 3 star basic hotel. Very hard bed. Not enough pillows. The breakfast is subpar compared to other similar class hotels.

Schönes Foyer und Zimmer Einrichtungen mit nur mittelmäßiger Funktions Ausstattung. Überpreist.
Pros:

Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Doppelzimmer mit Sofa ist groß genug und komfortabel das Personal, insbesondere das Faktotum, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es ist entsprechend laut, und man kann nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Die Matratze ist nur mittelmäßig. Bei einigen Details hätte ich bei einem Fünfsternehotel deutlich besseres erwartet. So war das Frühstück gut, aber nicht besonders. Der defekte Kosmetik Spiegel konnte innerhalb von vier Tagen nicht repariert werden. Die Dusche ist nicht funktionell angelegt.
