Pros:

The design and the room was nice.

Cons:

1. I ordered food from the kitchen they took my order food didn’t arrive I wasted 2 hours waiting exhausted after a 16 hour flight. Ended up ordering food delivery. The staff has a very, very limited English. They will say Yes but they don’t understand English, better to use a translator app when communicating with them.

2. There was a party going up on the floor until 4am it was impossible to sleep and the reception didn’t do anything about it once I asked them. Definitely don’t go there.

3. Super cold in the room, winter in Rishikesh is cold, they brought me a noisy heater something like a hairdryer just a bit bigger.

Pros:

Location.
Friendly room staff. Food available was made well.

Cons:

Wasn’t as clean expected for the rates, torn towels, webs, one dental kit for 2 guests, one hand towel, mini bar was dirty, a quarter of toilet rolls provided and not refilled when seen very few are left. Based on the number of occupancy the hotel will host buffet breakfast which isn’t communicated and lands in an arguement within staff of what needs to be charged.
Kitchen menu provided isn’t fully available throughout the period even though they are seasonal at the time.
Wall USB points not functional.
TV and TATA service not functional, what’s the point of having one?

A great place to be in at Rishikesh
Pros:

The location of the hotel is one of the striking features. It is very close to the Triveni Ghat. We had a car, so we drove down to ghat . There's paid parking which is good enough.

The best part about the hotel is that even though it has a small footprint, the staff is excellent. Everyone indoors carries a smile on his face and is extremely hospitable and courteous.

The rooms were a pleasant surprise to us - they were very roomy., unlike hotels where you feel constrained on space.

It's a very quiet hotel even though it's situated on the station road. But come any festival, there's quite a din outside.

The restaurant was spic and span. However, I wish they'd install a uv filter for one of the odd stray flies. The breakfast menu is basic but functional. Lunch and dinner seem a little limited if you're just looking at North Indian cuisine. However the staff, esp Upendra Bisht guides you very eloquently through the choices.

There's a lot of power cuts that happen here but the backup power kicks in pretty fast. However it does make you go through the exercise of reprogramming tv channels.

Cons:

I wish the rooms had better views to complement their interiors and the comfort of the hotel.

There also needs to be somewhat of what proactivity looks like if you've got your own car, it wouldn't hurt much to ask ifhe'd like his car washed.

Switching on the fridge seems to be a guest responsibility. However no instructions were present for guidance.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The stay was pretty peaceful and relaxing. The location was also good and staff-friendly. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the location, great rooms, and a helpful staff.

Cons:

One downside was that there’s no self-service breakfast. I really enjoy being able to grab something on my own schedule, so having to wait for breakfast service was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while the room looked okay, it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve expected. It wasn’t dirty by any means, but there were a few things, like dust in some corners and minor spots in the bathroom, that could have been addressed better.
