Отличное место на 1-2 дня, если вы не ожидаете получить на 300 лари сервиса за 100 лари оплаты.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, близко к метро, автобусу и продуктовым магазинам.

Cons:

Банное полотенце служит для всего. Номер изначально систый, но за 4 дня уборки не было.

Номер прекрасен. постель удобная. в наличии чайник и мелкая посуда. расположение в центре, от метро 5 минут, автобус до аэропорта 3 минуты. с доступом к номеру проблем нет.

Cons:

Ванна немного тесноватая и полочек там не хватило. Кондиционер или почистить или заправить, не справляется.

I suggest this place if you want silent place. But if you want lively place, this place a little far
Pros:

Location is okay, not in boring region. There is metro Rustavelli nearby. It is okay 2 or 3 friends. Owners they help, if you ask something. Overall, suggest. Of course, not luxury, modest place

Cons:

AC did not work good, owner tried to help us, but still it did not work properly

Чистый, уютный номер, в номере кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, чайник и посуда. Очень хорошее расположение, вблизи метро, фуникулёр, все в пешей доступности. Очень вежливая хозяйка, гостеприимная и приятная женщина, все объяснит и расскажет.

Situated next to a main road in Tbilisi, just steps away from a metro station, offering excellent overall location.

Cons:

Although I had specifically requested a parking spot under the building, none was available upon arrival. However, this wasn't a major issue, as there was a free parking area right next to the building.
