Pros:

Прекрасен хотел, вкусна храна, много ни хареса. Имаше и аниматор за детето по време на храненията, което също беше чудесно! Бихме се върнали с удоволствие!

The mountain view from our terrace was exceptional. The room was spacious. The spa was enjoyable

Cons:

Although the place looked clean there were some areas that needed attention to detail for cleaning like spa showers, bathroom ventilator etc., The food (that normally are served hot like meat, pizza, pasta were served cold. Coffee at the room was only available at a cost. At least would be more hospitable if the first two were complimentary. This was all considered being a 4 star hotel

Pros:

Прекрасна гледка от балкона, просторна стая, удобен матрак и много усмихнат персонал.

Cons:

Сауните в Спа центъра не работеха. Половината от храната в ресторанта беше полуфабрикат. Имате нужда от добър готвач.

Totul a fost perfect. Camera spațioasă, mâncarea bună (am găsit înțelegere și ajutor pentru soție care nu poate mânca orice din cauza problemelor cu glutenul)spaul spațios și curat,liniște și nu în ultimul rând parcarea spațioasă și gratuită a hotelului.

Limba engleză .Puțini angajați o vorbeau,mai ales cei de la restaurant.

Поменять концепт кухни, сменить шефа, поменять меню.
Pros:

Номер отличный, свежий ремонт, терраса выходит на сосновый лес! Ванная комната прекрасная, отлично, что можно пользоваться своими подписками на сервисы тв и интернета, саободный ютуб, чайный сет очень полезен был.

Cons:

Бедное меню, кухня ниже ожиданий, нет спа меню и меню для вегетарианцев. Выбор блюд очень ограничен, сервис в ресторане не на уровне 4 звезд спа отеля. Официанты не исполняют свои функции как надо, инвентарь старый или несвежий. Было закрыто на ремонт несколько важных зон спа - римская баня, сауна.

Наистина реновиран,добър размер на стаята,удобно легло и възглавници,хубава баня.
Солната стая е една от най-силните и резултатни,които сме ползвали.
Вода и сокове имаше за свободно ползване и на вечеря.

Cons:

Спа центъра беше в ремонт и ползвахме само басейните.Храната беше еднообразна,често полуфабрикати,но нищо не липсваше.

Erholsame Tage in Welingrad

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, die Verabschiedung sehr kühl. Niemand interessiert es anscheinend ob es einem gefallen hat oder nicht. Niemand sagt Danke für den Aufenthalt. Abrechnen und Tschüss. Die Reinigungskräfte sind top, ebenso wie das Poolpersonal. Das Zimmer, wir hatten eine Junior Suite, war geräumig und sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Verabschiedung und dass es beim Frühstück heute morgen extrem nach Farbe gestunken hat. Über Booking werde ich das Angebot nicht mehr buchen.
Wir bekamen den schlechten Waldblick und unter uns war die Anlieferzone. Wie am Samstag früh morgens von Metro.
Ich denke das Hotel war anders andere als voll, da kann man doch auch den Booking Kunden den Stadtblick gönnen. Und wir haben ja auch nochmal den doppelten Preis für Zusatzleistungen, Massagen etwa, ausgegeben. Da fehlt mir einfach das Fingerspitzengefühl der Betreiber.
Der erste Eindruck zählt, aber der letzte Eindruck bleibt und entscheidet ob man wiederkommt.
