Waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Lage ideal schon wegen den kostenfreien Parkplätzen .in ganz winningen sind die nämlich rar.
Aussicht vom Balkon und Speisesaal direkt zur mosel..sehr schön. Personal sehr freundlich.

Pros:

At værelset var så stort.

Cons:

Værelset var med spindelvæv ved vinduer, op i kib og under sengen. Store hår totter på badeværelset. Mange hundehår på gulvtæppet.
Vi manglede aircondition, da vi ikke kunne åbne vinduerne pga. støj fra togene.

Schlechter Service beim Abendessen und kein ideales Hotel bei heissem Wetter...
Pros:

Einmalige Lage an der Mosel zum Sinnieren und ein toller Ort zum Beobachten des Alernus Trilirium sowie des Schiffverkehrs :-)))
Die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Mosel ist toll.
Sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück, die Handwerker und die Putzkräfte sind auch sehr freundlich im Gegensatz zu den Kellnern beim Abendessen.

Der Service beim Abendessen ist unterirdisch... Ich war entsetzt über die ruppige Art des Kellners am Abend des 29. Juni...
Kurz vor 22.00 Uhr wurde uns mitgeteilt dass der Eingang von der Terrasse zum Hotel zugesperrt würde und wir ja dann aussen herum gehen könnten. Vom schlechten Service über Tisch will ich gar nicht erst berichten...
Kein Kühlschrank im ZImmer, keine Klimaanlage. Wenn das Thermometer über 30 Grad zeigt, ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Viel Verkehrslärm bei Zimmern zur Strasse hin.

Het hotel viel mee maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar zeker niet voor die prijs

Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid - Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam - Locatie was goed alleen treinen waren storend

De kamer !! We hadden ee, hoekkamer 107 met spitse ramen waar geen verduistering was hele nacht licht binnen heel slecht geslapen en s'morgens niet uitgerust.Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar??
