Pros:

The space was great. We were only staying a couple days to see how we liked it there, so we chose a space with few amenities. We will go back and choose a larger space with more amenities. Location was awesome! The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location.
Pros:

Loved that we could step out of the room & relax on our patio right on the beach. Amazing sunrise views. Staff was all super friendly. Amazing fish tacos at the restaurant!

Cons:

Bed was a little firmer than I like. Water heater is small so you have to take super quick showers.

Unique and Comfy Stay in San Felipe
Pros:

Location can’t be beat; literally on the beach, walking distance from town, good bar/restaurant steps away. Cute, cozy and well-equipped. Free, ample parking. There’s only one unit like this, so I hope it’ll be available next time, too! Staff quickly responded to request for extra pillows, etc. - whatever needed.

Cons:

The wonderful restaurant was cash only. The water was tepid most of the time; it was hot out anyway, so we didn’t bother to complain, but maybe be aware or check into this if you stay.

Pros:

location. direct access to the beach.
staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Wifi signal did not reach unit- so we had NO wifi. staff tried es to connect to networks but signal was too far away or weak.
Restaurant is nice but only accepts cash and NO credit cards.

Perfect stay for a total disconnect from your daily routine, and perfect connect with the sea
Pros:

Beach front. All you had to do it step out of the room and the beach and sea was the first thing you see
Spotless clean, with a microwave and a fridge with freezer.
Within walking distance from city centre (approx 20 min)

Cons:

Don’t trust the Wi-Fi. That only worked the first day. after that no connection
