Dobry hotel w dobrych pieniądzach w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji .
Pros:

Śniadania były dobre ale mam nadzieję, że w sezonie jest większe zróżnicowanie każdego dnia.
Dostęp do profesjonalnego masażu - nawet dla dzieci.
Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji i w restauracji oraz personel sprzątający - 5 na 5!
Byłem w lutym i na zewnątrz śnieg i mróz to w pokoju mimo małego grzejnika to było przyjemnie ciepło.

Cons:

Śniadania monotonne i mało na ciepło lecz smaczne - ale byłem " poza sezonem ".
Kuchnia czynna do 21 a ostatnie zamówienie do 20:30 - ale byłem " poza sezonem ".
Spory wybór win ale piw bardzo mały.

Polecam pobyt w Hotelu Basztowym.
Pros:

Lokalizacja wprost wymarzona, wspaniały punkt wyjściowy do pieszych spacerów po Sandomierzu. Wszędzie blisko. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania znakomite, wszystko świeżutkie i bardzo smaczne.

Cons:

Jak dla mnie zbyt miękki materac, ale to jest moje subiektywne odczucie.

W pokoju było zimno , hotel miał problem z ogrzewaniem , dostałam do podniesienia temperatury w pokoju dwie farelki : ( było to dla mnie ogromnym zaskoczeniem ,za cenę 550 zł za noc oczekiwalam komfortu i ciepłego przytulnego pokoju , uważam ze hotel powinien zaproponować mi znizke za zepsute ogrzewanie i brak komfortu .
