As we were in December and temperatures were pretty low heating in the room was great.

Cons:

Cleaneleness could be better, especially in the bathroom.
Breakfast was poor, only sweet without eggs, bacon and cheese.

Pros:

It was quaint, clean, and warm in a very cold spell. The staff were very helpful. We were very late due to weather and they made sure we got access. A real nice place to stay.

Very good quality to price relation. Clean and quite. Nice staff. It was 1 night stay, very convenient location to visit Langhe and Alba with Car.

Cons:

For me no problem, but good to know that there is only Italian breakfast.
