Bis auf zwei regentagen haben wir viel mit dem fahrrädern erkunden können

Schöner Familienurlaub
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, alles mit Liebe gestaltet. Wir haben uns selbstverpflegt, was auch nicht schlimm war, da wir in unseren Bungalow eine kleine Küche hatten. Die Ausstattung des Bungalows hat uns vollkommen ausgereicht. Wir kommen vielleicht wieder.

Pros:

Das Personal war stets freundlich und mein Wunsch nach glutenfreien Brötchen wurde stets berücksichtigt.

Cons:

Rezeption war bei Anreise nicht besetzt, das Reinigungspersonal übergab uns den Schlüssel für das Zimmer ,die Kurkarte gab es erst am nächsten Tag.
Es waren nicht alle Fernsehprogramme verfügbar.
Wir unterschätzten den Weg zum Strand ,es war weiter als angenommen.

Wo ist die Freundlichkeit geblieben!?

Die ruhige Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, jedoch, wenn man zum Strand möchte, ist es gut ein Kilometer weit, ich hab das Rad genutzt, perfekt für mich durch den Wald! Zur Promenade ist es schon etwas weiter, aber, wie gesagt, mit Rad, kein Problem! Für Ältere denke ich, ist es schon etwas problematisch!

Also am Anreisetag wurde man sehr grummelig und wirklich nicht freundlich empfangen, nicht mal GUTEN TAG, HERZLICHEN WILLKOMMEN etc. , was ist denn nur heute überall los?! Das kann man doch als Zahler und Mitmensch erwarten, dass man wenigstens begrüßt wird!! Dass man nicht vor 15 Uhr in die Zimmer kommt, ok, verständlich, kann man aber auch alles freundlich mitteilen. So wurden wir an noch gar keinem Urlaubsort "begrüßt". Dann das Gleiche am Abend, zum (endlichen) Einchecken, Rezeption war natürlich am späten Nachmittag nicht mehr besetzt, ist ja auch kein Problem, nach längerer Suche wurde dann der Koch als verantwortlicher Schlüsselherausgeber gefunden..., was soll man sagen, auch hier nicht, HALLO, GUTEN TAG...! Die Unterkunft ist nicht sauber gewesen, unter dem Sofa war richtig viel Staub, wie auch auf den Ablagen im Bungalow. Das Bad ist in einem nicht gerade sauberem Zustand, verkalkter Duschkopf, "schimmelige" Verfugungen etc., das WC war auch nicht sauber, hab ich erstmal geputzt. Es müsste einfach alles mal erneuert und general überholt werden. Die Matratzen sind vom letzten Jahrhundert, in die Betten mochte man sich nicht gerade gern legen! Die Anlage selbst ist gut gepflegt. Der Unterstand für die E-Bikes ist sehr überfüllt. Auch wurde man etwas wirsch auf die Unterbringung der Fahrrad-Akkus hingewiesen, woher sollte man das alles wissen???, am Anreisetag hat man null Informationen bekommen, nur, dass als erstes die Kurtaxe bezahlt werden musste, das war wichtig! Alles in allem aber ok, wie gesagt, etwas modernisieren, aber vor allem muss an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden!
