Un lugar decente para estar de paso
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor que ofrece. Relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Nada grave, sólo mejorar un poco el mantenimiento de la habitación. Tal vez hacer más cercana y cálida la atención del personal (es prácticamente nula la interacción). Ofrecer agua para tomar o llenar nuestras botellas, así como información de sitios paras conocer en Villahermosa y alternativas de transportación.

Great nights sleep, exceptionally helpful 24 hrs staff

Such a comfortable, cozy bed with clean bathroom & plush towel, working fridge + Air Con, fabulous helpful staff

Cons:

The administration staff were not at all helpful and basically stole our money. We arrived to a room that was not what we had booked (2 single beds instead of King suite) The staff said there was nothing they could do because this was the info they received from Booking.com and that we'd have to take it up with Booking. Upon communication between Booking and the Hotel Staff they couldn't reach an agreement so we didn't end up receiving a refund. We ended up leaving the hotel after 45-minutes of the admin staff not doing anything to help us.

The facilities were not at all as described or shown in photos. The entire hotel was very run down. The entire place needed to have maintenance done on it; the bedsheets had stains on them the pain was falling off the walls, etc.

No me gusto mucho….
Pros:

Cerca al centro y malecon, la aire funciona bien, muy seguro el sitio (no se permetan visitas)

Cons:

Page una cama con fotos falsas (mira fotos allegatos), el wifi no funciona (uso mi datos), no limpieza por 3 dias, dusca con casi no agua

La habitación q me tocó te realmente es para una persona me sentí un poco claustrofobico ya q de medidas era aproximadamente de dos metros por cinco , la regadera no funciona, entonces tuve q bañarme en el cuarto de enfrente y regresar a mi habitación
