Have to buzz to be let in
The administration staff were not at all helpful and basically stole our money. We arrived to a room that was not what we had booked (2 single beds instead of King suite) The staff said there was nothing they could do because this was the info they received from Booking.com and that we'd have to take it up with Booking. Upon communication between Booking and the Hotel Staff they couldn't reach an agreement so we didn't end up receiving a refund. We ended up leaving the hotel after 45-minutes of the admin staff not doing anything to help us.
The facilities were not at all as described or shown in photos. The entire hotel was very run down. The entire place needed to have maintenance done on it; the bedsheets had stains on them the pain was falling off the walls, etc.

La habitación q me tocó te realmente es para una persona me sentí un poco claustrofobico ya q de medidas era aproximadamente de dos metros por cinco , la regadera no funciona, entonces tuve q bañarme en el cuarto de enfrente y regresar a mi habitación
Nice location.along the malecón. My room was private, clean and comfortable. I had a fridge and microwave and good air conditioning.

I never write review but I feel I have to...there was bed bugs in my room. I had been in bed and turned the light on to go to the bathroom and the bed was crawling with them!
I went and got the staff downstairs, we changed the sheet and checked the bed which appeared to be bug free. I tried to go back to sleep but kept turning on my torch to check the bed, this is when I realised they were coming from the walls and getting onto the bed this way. I moved the bed away from the wall and left for another hotel the next day.
I woke up covered in bites and had a terrible experience of getting them out of my backpack and clothes having to wash everything in my bag 3 times and spray the things that could not be washed with insecticide to kill the bugs and eggs.
I have not been given a refund for the 2nd night where I had to book other accomodation. The staff the next morning (different from the night before) was not helpful at all, and I have a feeling knew about the issue.
Its a shame as it was a beautiful room, which has been ruined by the nightmare experience of bed bugs.
