Great and friendly people, service is good even though the room price is very affordable. Room is fairly clean and has air conditioning. The place is close to restaurants, downtown area. Overal very happy with the price and service

The staff is so friendly, sweet, and even the balcony small, but it still comforts for us to chill. The hotel offers good service for BBQ on the sidewalk with good price, easy view the fireworks at downtown.
The room was old and not very clean. The location was good, but the wall was not soundproofing. They always turned the lights outside the room on, and the doors are not transparent so I cannot sleep.
Before I went there, I asked the hotel via FB page if they have the iron or not. They told me to ask the receptionist. Then when I arrived, I asked the receptionist and he didn’t support me at all. I was disappointed about the employees’ behavior.

I’d suggest adding warm color wall light (which shine the orange light to the wall and reflects back) to make it more cozy.
The location is good, close to the center. Nice view from the window. Staff are helpful.
The room is too small, no television, no kettle and fridge, a bit smelly.
