Pros:

Leicht zu erreichen, sehr freundliches Personal, Super Bedienung, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Komme sicher wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in 8 persone, prendendo 2 appartamenti (per 4 persone), e l’esperienza è stata perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Gli appartamenti erano pulitissimi, curati nei dettagli e molto confortevoli.
Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre attento a ogni nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento.
Ottima anche l’esperienza al ristorante, con piatti di qualità e un servizio impeccabile.
Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura e ci torneremmo senza esitazioni!

Ho dovuto chiamare la polizia slovena per tutelare me e la mia famiglia!
Appena entrati in stanza si sentiva un cattivo odore, andiamo a verificare il letto matrimoniale grande(come da descrizione di booking) e ci accorgiamo che in realtà erano due letti singoli con lenzuola singole tenuti insieme non so in quale maniera o modo. Lo facciamo prima presente al personale di sala il quale ci dice di aspettare il proprietario. Una volta arrivato il proprietario(dopo dieci minuti di attesa, considerate che era mezzanotte e si voleva andare a dormire avendo già pagato tutto in anticipo) ho fatto vedere le foto che in realtà non era un letto matrimonale grande ma due letti singoli legati insieme. Il proprietario ha iniziato ad innervosirsi dicendo che io gli mancavo di rispetto perchè dovevo dire quello che diceva lui ovvero che era un letto matrimoniale grande. Alle mie rimostranze il proprietario ha iniziato ad alterarsi e ad urlare ripetendo continuamente la frase "I kick you out"(vi butto fuori) al che mi sono ritrovato letteralmente fuori la struttura ed ho dovuto chiamare la Polizia slovena per tutelare me stesso, mia moglie e mio figlio di 9 anni. Nel momento dell'arrivo della Polizia il titolare si è calmato e ha detto che mi avrebbe risarcito del TOTALE costo già pagato a booking. Rimborso che sto ancora aspettando.(Parlando con uno dei poliziotti mi faceva presente che già in passato ci sono stati problemi con questo albergo)
In conclusione: EVITATE COME LA PESTE di andare in questo albergo se non volete essere presi in giro, insultati e minacciati e perdere soldi.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Reisen um diese Gegend zu Erkunden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, unglaublich ruhige Nächte, und das Personal war an allen Tagen sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Mein Massionette Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet, groß und alles vorhanden was man braucht...wirklich sehr gute Unterkunft.
