Wunderbare Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer in traumhafter Landschaft.
Pros:

Der Besitzer Juan war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Swimmingpool ist wunderschön und der Blick vom Balkon in die Berge unbezahlbar. Das Hotel ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Dorfzentrum entfernt.

No regresaría por que....

La recamara es bonita aun cuando le hacen falta varias cosas como televisión, más amenidades.

El hotel se presenta como Hotel Boutique y no lo es, algo caro y su pinta en general es mas las de un Hostal.
Nosotros llegamos el jueves y tuvimos que llamar a un número para que nos abrieran, después de 10 minutos llego una chica que parecía que hacía de todo. La alberca estaba cerrada y por el jacuzzi tienes que pagar y solo por un determinado tiempo, el restaurante solo lo abren para fines de semana, la televisión solo la encuentras en una salita en la que nadie está.
Desde el viernes empezaron con un ruidero en roof top desoertandonos temprano, el sábado echaron a andar el " RESTAURANTE " nuevamente con ruido que nos despertó muy temprano otra vez ... No hay propiamente mucho que comer, el desayuno es hiper básico y ya no quisimos investigar ni la comida ni la cena. La limpieza del cuarto no fue la mejor, no cambiaron sábanas en ningún momento, las toallas no fueron cambiadas a diario, la regadera tampoco fue lavada mas que un día.
El mantenimiento del jardín es pobre, pasto seco y utensilios apilados en una esquina le dan un aspecto descuidado al lugar.
El concepto de Hotel Boutique no aplica para nada aunque se oiga Bonito, lo único que está en venta son unas pinturas en la sala de estar.
De ahí en fuera no podrías comprar nada... creo que hay otros lugares que son mas cómodos y con muchos mas servicios que este.

Comfortable and very disconnected
Pros:

I liked the boutique quality.
The hammock in the balcony was really nice.
The bathroom shampoo and soap were really nice.
I liked the security of the room's door.

Cons:

I think the bathroom was missing a hairdryer.
The lamp in the table wasn't working.
More outlets to charge things.
It was missing a phone to contact reception if needed.

Surely the best hotel in Tlayacapan
Pros:

Amazing view. Great breakfast. Mosquito nets on all the doors/windows so none in the room! The staff were very attentive, the owner even gave us a lift to a wedding we were going to. Surely the best hotel in Tlayacapan.

Cons:

Low water pressure in the shower, but I think it’s just the case in the region.

Cons:

Hell town, rockets everywhere until past midnight then early in the morning at 7:00 am again. I left to another city. Unable to sleep, unable to get help.
