À pleasant stay inside the ramparts
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly. Excellent location inside the ramparts. Historical building - eccentric but pleasant interior

Cons:

No lift and store stairs
In late September it was operating more like a B&B.
Difficult to access with heavy luggage!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel filled with interesting art and artefacts and with the benefit of a tranquil, enclosed garden. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for all the sites of Aigues Mortes.
