Could be much better
Pros:

Nice building

Cons:

Check-in closes at 10:00 p.m. Since I was arriving later than that, I completed all the required steps for a late check-in, including pre-payment and the online check-in procedure. However, I never received any instructions on how to collect the room key.

Fortunately, a colleague who was already staying at the hotel received instructions on my behalf. They said I should use a side entrance, ring the bell, and wait for the night porter.

Unfortunately, this procedure did not work:

* the doorbell was not working;
* my colleague let me into the building, but there was no key available for my room;
* the night porter arrived only after about 30 minutes and told me that I should have called him instead.

Incidentally, another colleague of mine had experienced the same problem. He did try calling the number provided, but the only response was an automated message telling him to “call tomorrow.”

On top of that, there was an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom, as it is affecting the comfort of the room.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful and stylish interior as well as the comfortable large beds. We wish we co
Pros:

We loved the stylish designs or decor in the room. The large (king sized beds), and couch beds that were made up for us and ready to go. The bedrooms were well appointed and the bathrooms were nicely updated. We had everything we needed and very much enjoyed our stay. The Restaurant was a highlight. Delicious food and so beautifully designed and decorated!

Cons:

My only complaint is that the toilet seats were coming off of the toilets so they would slip around when you sat on them. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Pros:

The hotel was lovely and in an excellent location . The bed was comfortable with fresh clean linen. The breakfast was excellent. Plus our evening meal was on a deal so good value. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No view from window but as only staying one night it didn’t matter.

Pros:

Stayed as a family of 2 adults, 2 children (10yrs and 14yrs)
Beautiful hotel. Decor is really high end.
Family room was very spacious. Really big bed and sofa bed for the kids. Loads of room.
Good sized tv on the wall which was adjustable. Bathroom very well decorated.
Breakfast included and it worked out very good price for us. Just short of 160 for one night including breakfast.

Not too far from shops and pubs.
Greene king pub De Trafford arms about 15mins away really good offers for food and drinks if you download the app.

Breakfast is really lovely. Food in general is really good. High end chefs in the kitchen. This does reflect in the prices so bare that in mind

Massive fan in the bedroom which was needed as quite warm

Lots of cushions/pillows and comfy beds

Parking - lots of spaces when we arrived.

Staff really attentive and friendly

Wasnt busy the weekend weve stayed, so didnt need to pre book tables.

Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs close by, less than 10mins walk. Tesco, waitrose, morrisons..

Good for Uber, cost us about 5quid back to hotel from waitrose. We could have walked back to be honest!

Check in was easy and they were fine to check us in early if we needed.
Check out Is at 12 which is great.

Would definitely stay again, thanks for a lovely stay

Cons:

Food is beautiful but is expensive. 3 adults meals and 1 children's, 1 beer, 1 gin, and 2 soft drinks just over £100.

Quite noisy floorboards when people walk passed. Didn't really bother us bt just keep in mind if this would bother you or not.

Next to a very busy road - again, didnt bother us, slept with the windows open but this may bother others

Im really nitpicking with the above to be honest, wed still stay here again :)
