Beautiful hotel in an amazing location!
Pros:

The location is amazing. The facilites are amazing. The staff is really courteous.

Cons:

Hot shower doesn’t work properly and showers are malfunctioning. The drainage clogs constantly and water flows away.

Уборку номеров сделать до обеда . В 2-х местном номере увеличить кол-во воды(4 бут)с учетом климата

Понравилось расположение отеля , очень близко и удобно к основным достопримечательностям. Сервис отличный , дружелюбно встретили и разместили. Продлили номер немного по возможности

Cons:

Уборка номера медленна, номер убирался после обеда когда хотелось отдохнуть после прогулок. Воды на двух человек маловато - 2 бутылки в двухместном номере.

Огромная благодарность сотрудникам отеля ЕДЕМ за их гостеприимность. Мы прибыли с детьми раньше времени и нас спокойно заселили, чтобы мы смогли восстановить силы после дороги. Уютный номер, чисто, комфортно, все удобства. Расположение тоже удачное. все достопримечательности города в пешей доступности.
Завтрак-шведский стол, вкусно, разнообразно. В отеле есть ресторан, можно поесть там или заказать в номер, что тоже очень удобно. В целом мы с детьми остались довольны от отеля, и в целом от самого города Туркестан. Буду советовать знакомым. Благодарю.

Отель Edem Hotel оставил очень приятное впечатление. Удобное расположение — практически в центре города, что делает его отличным выбором для поездок.
Номера чистые, ухоженные, создаётся ощущение, будто отель совсем новый, хотя на самом деле ему уже 26 лет — это говорит о хорошем уровне ухода и сервиса.
Отдельно хочется отметить ресторан: еда вкусная, завтрак хороший, хоть и с немного ограниченным ассортиментом. Персонал внимательный — официантка особенно порадовала, оперативно организовала горячие блины, что добавило уюта и положительных эмоций.
В целом, это комфортный и приятный отель, который можно смело рекомендовать для проживания в Туркестане.

This is a quality hotel - a lovely bit of luxury with a super comfortable bed, waffle dressing gowns, a balcony and light streaming into the room. Also very close to Turkestan’s main attractions. The early check in was appreciated. Breakfast included in room rate

Об отеле хорошие впечатления.
Pros:

Останавливались в отеле на 2 дня. Впечатления очень приятные. Расположен в тихом месте, в пешей доступности к основным достопримечательностям.
В номере было чисто, имелось всё необходимое. Завтраки вкусные, в уютном зале, под приятную тихую музыку.
Особая благодарность администратору Дильбарам, приветливая, отзывчивая, помогла организовать поездки к святым местам за городом.

Cons:

Неудобный подъём по лестнице сразу на 2й этаж, особенно с багажом.
