Pros:

Eggs were average
Hot drinks options at the room
Food was good at dinner time
Wine was good quality

Decoration overall all was pleasant
Airy room without being cold
Decent shower

Cons:

Service at dinner and breakfast were very good.
Nobody told me about Wi-Fi when I checked in or the side door entrance.
There was an electric failure but nobody called or emailed
Cleannesses could be better
Furniture had marks
It did not look pristine .
It could be slightly warmer during the night

A great stay at a comfortable friendly venue.
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were happy to go out of their way to assist you to make my stay as good as could be expected. The room size and overall cleanliness was delightful.The location was good and the simple issue of parking was solved by having a close and large car park.

Cons:

The family room suffers from noise. Nothing that bothered me but there is a low rumbling hum. I guess it's from heating or large air extraction fans. The fact that that's all I can call out is a positive.

Bar/Restaurant was nice, check in was easy. Room was clean and had the amenities we needed.

Cons:

Could hear the noise in the bar downstairs. Bathroom smelt (of sewage). Pillows were very flat/ not very comfortable

Pros:

We love the old charm of the place, very relaxed and friendly Inn, staff were very helpful and accommodating with our party of 14 including 6 children which made a very enjoyable occasion, we had four fabulous rooms that are very comfortable and well equipped. Food was very enjoyable as well.
