Great view onto promenade and sea.
Room and bed reasonably comfortable. Parking on site. Very helpful staff.
Slightly tired room. Small en suite and shower. No hot breakfast on this occasion, although warned in advance.

The staff were fantastic. Chatty, knowledgeable and ready to help. At check in we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was fine. The view from the bedroom window was fantastic, we were lucky with the weather so the view of the sunset over the sea was captivating.
It was really hot and air conditioning would have been nice.

the room had a good sea view, staff very nice, good breakfast
The dinner menu was limited and did not change all week
The property was well situated on the foreshore with ocean views the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great

The front row location
It was unbearably hot: you can not open the windows more than 10 cm, no air circulation at all. No ac. This is dangerous, especially considering all their guest were 85 years and older.
Everything in this hotel is dated and not in a charming/ historical sense, its just from the 90s and lived down.
The breakfast was a little questionable
I was on a business trip - hence I have no thoughts on it being a romantic place to stay but for a business trip its great professional, informed, friendly staff - gorgeous sea views - near the station etc
I had no requirement for a lift - short stay but the lack of a lift could be problem for some people. That being said the hotel is very accommodating and I am sure they this have this covered.

Breakfast selection and service
After checking out, the hotel allowed me to leave my car while spending a little time in town only to arrive back with the receptionist coming out to give my phone back after leaving it in my room. Above and beyond service in a nice room with Exceptional views.
Staff were fantastic, room was comfy and the shower was good.
