Pros:

The room was clean and the breakfast was cooked fresh to order. The view from our window was lovely

Clean, comfortable and a great breakfast! We'd stay again.
Pros:

The included breakfast was great with vegetarian and vegan options, served by friendly staff. Our room was good, with tea making facilities, information pack and desk etc. Bedding was nice and clean, and having a sink in the room was great seeing as we were utilising shared bathroom facilities. Check in was easy and the location is great for getting into town.

Cons:

The frame behind the television was very dusty, I noticed when I went to turn on the lamp - this was especially noticeable as the rest of the room was pretty clean! The door which led to the rooms on our floor was squeaky, which was a bit of a disturbance when the early risers on our floor got up and about.

A good b &b in Aberystwyth
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Good assortment of individual boxes of cereals and jams. Milk alternatives available. Freshly brewed coffee as well as instant.

Cons:

Though advertised as seaview room, it was a side view. However, the view was amazing from our room.

Comfortable, convenient, great breakfast.
Pros:

Self check in was quick and easy, room was basic but comfortable - we opted for the shared bathroom; this was ok but could be problematic in busy periods. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, we visited off season so couldn't comment on busy times.

Cons:

A lick of paint, nothing important. Visitors need to be ok with stairs.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious - tasty bacon and sausages both cooked to perfection.

Cons:

Parking was a little tricky - listing suggested "included" but seemed to be simply on-street parking in a busy seaside town. We managed to find a space within a short walk, but not what we'd expected from the listing details.
