Pros:

The place it self was nice, we liked our stay there. Interesting design, cozy and great value for the money. Overall the place was nice.

Cons:

It can get quite loud from neighbours - karaoke singing, but it usually stopped around 21:30 or something.

Very creative place, it felt like being on a ship. Wonderful staff. Disrespective neighborhood gym
Pros:

Staff, cleanliness of linen, comfort of bedroom were all very good.

Cons:

There was some mold in the bathroom. It needs a fan. The shower could have been hotter. Horrible neighbours (retail gym) were noisy. This depends on how close you are to that business.

Pleasant stay in a cosy room
Pros:

The rooms are a size of a container. It's a funky hotel the receptionist helped me to catch my connection to Cat tien.

Cons:

The first room I was given was right next to loud gym and karaoke place. I requested to be moved to a different room and that was not a problem.
