Comfortable room in a great location, with free parking.
Pros:

Great communication and easy check in process. We were texted a code for the front door and a code for the room. So easy! Location is fantastic for Biggleswade, near the train station and right on the high street. Room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Free parking too!

Cons:

The room was very hot, the carpets were a little worn and the bunk bed a bit rickety. But these things did not massively bother us and we would 100% stay again

Nice but too much ‘latch key’ for my liking. Too impersonal.

Cons:

The sun beat in, unbearably hot. Window needs blind. Couldn’t watch TV because of strong sunlight.

Exactly what I needed
Pros:

Had to work on a last minute job in the area. Found the accommodation excellent for my business needs. Nice touches in the room that show the owners take pride in what they are doing.

Cons:

If you are travelling in a vehicle the car parking bays are small in width for modern large cars and vans, but fortunately there were few vehicles parking during my stay so we had room to spread out.

Bedroom comfortable bathroom less so
Pros:

The bedroom was nice, clean towels and cony bed. Plenty of windows and a fan which created a good through breeze on a hot night.

Cons:

Not enough plug sockets available and not already in use. Bathroom sink tap too hot and the shower had poor water pressure.

Very small and unenticing.
Pros:

There really wasn't much to like about the property. Everything was small.

Cons:

The property had no air conditioning or fans. The room was stuffy and smelly. Even though it is the height of summer the bed still had winter bedding, with no A/C or fan it was uncomfortable in the room.

The room was small, it didn't contain a desk, chair or bar fridge. The shower was little more than a trickle. It was a thoroughly horrible stay
