Good location; clean and comfortable stay. Could have done without noisy neighbours next door!!
Pros:

I did like the room, which was very comfortable. However, I would have appreciated a glass from which to drink water, rather than my tea-mug.
I met the housekeeper in the morning and told her that I had accidentally spilt some tea. She was very kind and reassuring.

Cons:

I did not receive the code for the outer door, nor for my room, before my arrival time. All contact numbers indicated that the staff were available 24 hours. However, in some cases, the caller was asked to leave a message- which I did. Another number that I called resulted in a voicemail, which informed me that I could neither speak to a staff member, nor leave a message. Eventually, a staff member texted me with the necessary information. I was glad that it wasn't raining while I waited outside! It would have been much appreciated if I could have spoken to a "real human being"!

Good value, central location
Pros:

Great little guest house in the centre of Biggleswade.
Basic rooms, but a hot shower, comfortable beds, tea and coffee.
Very clean and well looked after.
Good value for a night or 2 stay.

(Room 2) Great location, cheap n cheerful, nice extras for the money
Pros:

Convenience, great central location, clear check in instructions and parking right outside, nice tray with teas, coffee, water and biscuits, also toiletries (room 2) clean and comfy

Pros:

Great location. Nice and clean. Comfortable room and access to ironing board and microwave. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. Very good value for money.

Cons:

Walls are thin so take earplugs.

Fantastic location, good sized room, very comfortable bed, adequate storage.

Cons:

We couldn't actually use the shower as water pressure dropped significantly when switching from bath taps to shower, and temperature became very cold not matter what combination of hot/cold water we used. Some of the tiles may need reapplying around the bath.
