Everything we wanted.
Pros:

We went on a Saturday for a family occasion and it was ideal for us. Housekeeper who I dealt with by phone and on arrival was excellent.

Cons:

Car parking was ok for us on a Saturday afternoon but I imagine would be difficult midweek.

Great little comfortable place for a one night stay.
Pros:

Perfect for what we wanted, as somewhere to stay after a family party. Clean, comfortable, thoughtful little touches.

Cons:

The floor in our room (3) was super squeaky! However the test of the family who were in the rooms downstairs didn’t hear us so at least we didn’t wake anyone up.

It was good value for a one night stay.
Pros:

Freshly painted and clean. Tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water provided, as well as toiletries.

Cons:

Carpets were fairly old looking and could have done with a shampoo.

Good little guesthouse
Pros:

The guesthouse was close to Shuttleworth where we were going the next day. Nice bath, beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels.

Cons:

The room was very hot. We had a skylight but it didn't seem to open

Nice clean, good location and facilities but didn’t like room 2
Pros:

Location and parking !

Cons:

I was given room 2 and it was next to the dining area and unfortunately for me there was a group of people who were chatting away till late. Not ideal when I have to get up early !

Great location and value for money 💰
Pros:

House keeping staff was great (Susan), very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Room was tidy and clean and had plenty of towels and water tea & coffee.

Cons:

May be having a breakfast facility would be grand even thw place on close to the high Street.
