Cons:

Не се спазват обявените часове за отключване на подземния паркинг. Не се вдига телефона обявен на рецепцията при нужда и сутрин няма човек на рецепцията, който да съдейства. Наложи се да тичам сутринта до ЮЗУ, за да не си изпусна държавния изпит.
Сутрин е невъзможно да си вземе душ човек, защото липсва топла вода. Едната нощ не работеше дори отоплителния уред в стаята.

Pros:

The restaurant's look is nice, spacious rooms, the staff is also kind

Cons:

Neglected place in general, rooms are aged with a lot to refresh, fridge rusted and a bit smelly, bathroom in Bulgarian style( water all over the floor), be mindful of holes in parking covered lot.

מלון פשוט וזול מאד עם מענה בסיסי לטיול באזור

מלון קטן וצנוע בעיירה , ארוחת בוקר בסיסת מאד , חניה , מחיר זול מאד - כך שיש להתאים ציפיות למחיר - למי שלא חייב לוקסוס בהחלט פתרון טוב ללילה או שנים לטיול בהרי הרילה, למלון יש מסעדה שהיא כנראה פעילה בעיירה - מנות מאד נדיבות במחיר ממש סביר , באיכות סבירה פלוס.

ארוחה בוקר - אבל בהחלט מתאימה למחיר הככ נמוך של החדר , אפשר לשקול השלמות בעיירות מסביב
