Anna you’re the best
Pros:

Anna is a special person. She truly cares about her guests. The airline lost my luggage and she was so kind to me when I was going through a stressful time especially wondering if I’d get it before my cruise. The place is spotless and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Trust me Anna makes this hotel what it is and I will definitely stay here if I ever cruise from Rome again

Great location, warm hospitality, excellent value!!!
Pros:

Wonderful location with restaurants, shops and waterfront nearby. Safe area at night. Very clean, well maintained property. Anna at the front desk is a treasure! She is fluent in English and provided a walking map with areas highlighted for restaurants and shopping and thoroughly explained how the thermostat works. Anna also arranged transportation from the hotel to the cruise pier. She made us feel very welcome!

Ana was so helpful. She helped us with more than making our stay excellent by helping us with trains and things to do in town.

Hugs all around like we were leaving home-not a hotel.
Pros:

This hotel in the middle of Civitavecchia is a special find & a jewel. It is immaculate, both the rooms & the public areas. Anna is the perfect host & breakfasts are great!

Cons:

We could only make reservations for a few nights and had to move to a guesthouse.

Pros:

Very clean. Simple and modern. Very quaint and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so helpful and nice. We need to print some things and Anna was very helpful and I needed a clothes shaver and was asking where I could by one and she had one I could use, life saver! Will stay again and recommend to friends and family. Note: no ice machine so have to keep beverages in fridge.

Excellent two nights before a cruise.
Pros:

Good location, close to restaurants, the main shopping area and the coast (no view of the sea). Comfortable bed (not too hard or soft), very clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included with espresso (or hot tea). They do have a small elevator. They also arranged a taxi to the cruise port (Ubers not allowed into port?).

Pros:

Perfect stay for a post or pre-cruise stay. 15 minute walk from the port railway station, we got on the train at Rome Termini. On departure it's a 10 minute walk to the free port shuttle to the cruise terminial or 20 euro taxi into the port. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide choice. We had good recommendations on where to eat and visit. Super helpful and friendly staff. It's very modern, bright and up to date. Room and shower was fantastic. Nothing to fault.
