Quel dommage avec un tel emplacement de laisser cet hotel dans un tel etat!

Hotel en deliquescence indigne d’un 4 etoiles, mal entretenu. Ascenseur non fonctionnel (4 etages a pied); probleme alarme incendie pendant la nuit. Éclairage des communs eteints la plupart du temps. Mauvais petit dejeuner

Très bonne localisation et bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Super localisation et très belle vue ! Prix raisonnable pour la saison et la période (fin d'année).

Un lit bébé à barreaux a été mis a disposition dans la chambre.

La literie était assez confortable.

Bon petit déjeuner le matin avec produits sucrés et salés.

L'équipe du ménage était très serviable car ils ne passaient pas lorsque le bébé dormait mais on les prévenait quand on quittait la chambre et ils la faisaient entre temps.

Nous avions une sorte de couloir privatisé menant à nos deux chambres, ce qui était très pratique car nous avons pu laisser la poussette dehors, la chambre n'étant pas très spacieuse.

Possibilité de laisser la voiture dans le parking extérieur devant l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il est vrai que les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

Nous étions avec un ami et il a eu la chambre la plus spacieuse alors qu'il était seul et que nous étions avec un bébé (et donc avec un lit à barreau en plus).

Aucun meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser les trousses de toilette. La vitre de la baignoire ne tient pas grand chose et après une douche, il y avait de l'eau partout par terre.

L'ascenseur a été en panne plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour. Ayant une poussette avec nous, ce n'était pas pratique.

Il y a un bar dans les parties communes mais souvent désert.

L'alarme incendie a sonné en fin d'après midi un jour et le personnel ne semblait pas trop au courant de ce qu'il fallait faire dans cette situation. Finalement les pompiers sont venus et nous n'avons pas eu plus d'informations si ce n'est que ça provenait apparemment de la cuisine.

Les prix pour le restaurant le soir ne sont pas affichés et il n'est possible de choisir qu'entre deux plats. Étant arrivé plus tard vers 20h45, on nous a proposé du bœuf et c'est finalement du poisson qui est arrivé.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Ist sauber und hat relativ grosse Zimmer.
Pros:

tolle grosse Zimmer und die Lage ist auch sehr gut, vor allem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Sauna war nur von 5 bis 7 pm offen, und sie machten keine Ausnahmen, obwohl wir praktisch die einzigen Gäste im Hotel waren. Frühstück-Buffet war ok, aber der Felischaufschnitt war nicht frisch, dafür waren die Croissants sehr gut.

Pros:

Amazing location, staff very friendly, the rooms were ok. Despite there’s no free cancellation we were able to come to an agreement when we had to cancel one room.

Cons:

One night there was no hot water for shower and this was noticed in multiple rooms.
The doorman of the late shift only speaks French, so it was difficult to communicate in any other language (including English) which you would expect from a hotel.
The way in and out of the hotel on foot is not the best as there’s only one frozen street uphill.
It was very warm at night, we had to sleep with our window open all night, which contributes to increase the heating even more but we had no alternative.

I would go back :)
Pros:

I love the proximity to the ice rink and town center! Walking down the snowy road in my boots was easy, walking up all the stairs to the gondola was some work, and it was quite magical. If you walk a mile south you’re in High Society with art galleries, caviar, and high end shops - stunning sights and fancy cars!

Cons:

The rooms are very plain with a strange yellow color curtain and yellow bars around the patio. And there is no art, just very plain walls, however for the price and location, it’s easy to accept.

Pros:

The whole hotel was spotless.The bedroom/bathroom was extremely spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast had a great selection especially local cheese and bread. The staff and chef were friendly and efficient.
It was lovely having bathrobes and slippers in the room.
Large balcony with exceptional views.
The location was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
Broken unusable hair dryer in the bathroom.
The decor was a bit dated and overall the hotel needs a little TLC but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
