Pros:

Amazing location, staff very friendly, the rooms were ok. Despite there’s no free cancellation we were able to come to an agreement when we had to cancel one room.

Cons:

One night there was no hot water for shower and this was noticed in multiple rooms.
The doorman of the late shift only speaks French, so it was difficult to communicate in any other language (including English) which you would expect from a hotel.
The way in and out of the hotel on foot is not the best as there’s only one frozen street uphill.
It was very warm at night, we had to sleep with our window open all night, which contributes to increase the heating even more but we had no alternative.

Pros:

I love the proximity to the ice rink and town center! Walking down the snowy road in my boots was easy, walking up all the stairs to the gondola was some work, and it was quite magical. If you walk a mile south you’re in High Society with art galleries, caviar, and high end shops - stunning sights and fancy cars!

Cons:

The rooms are very plain with a strange yellow color curtain and yellow bars around the patio. And there is no art, just very plain walls, however for the price and location, it’s easy to accept.

Thoroughly enjoyed by our party of six 👏🏻👏🏻
Pros:

The whole hotel was spotless.The bedroom/bathroom was extremely spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast had a great selection especially local cheese and bread. The staff and chef were friendly and efficient.
It was lovely having bathrobes and slippers in the room.
Large balcony with exceptional views.
The location was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
Broken unusable hair dryer in the bathroom.
The decor was a bit dated and overall the hotel needs a little TLC but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Agréable séjour d’une semaine avec des montagnes de neige
Pros:

Grande belle chambre avec vue, très belle salle-de-bain
Magnifique petit-déjeuner bien garni

Cons:

La moquette dans la chambre pourrait être enlevée mais c’est un détail.
Le foehn dans la s.d.b. est un peu faible pour les coiffures de femme.

Établissement très bien placé à Crans Montana ,vue magnifique sur les Valais ,le personnelles à l’écoute ,souriant.
Je veux remercie personnellement à Christian le responsable ,qui a su nous mettre à l’aise depuis notre arrivé jusqu’à notre départ .

Pros:

we have total 4 room 3 room no hot water and this winter so u shower with cold water

and not give free tea and not available for boiler water / hot water kettle
