location near to jam gadang and Pasar

Cons:

1. the condition of room- no aircond , no fan , no ventilation. just opening the side window with wall opposite it. making it very suffocating and invite insect to enter the room
2. no hot water n the pipe rusty. water very small flow come out from the shower head.
3. smoking in the hotel lobby n can smelt it to the room
4. only 1 plug point n sharing with the tv

Petugas tidak stand by di depan, mau check-in atau ada permasalahan di kamar tidak tau mau sampaikan kesiapa.

Airnya susah hidupnya, karna kran shower agak sedikit rusak

Very simple place but good enough. Everything is relaxed and went smoothly.

Avoid Reddoorz properties
Pros:

Please note this bad review is entirely because of the bad service provided by Reddoorz. Staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly but I suggest you avoid this company, same as Oyo...avoid and book in privately owned accommodations.

I made reservation on Booking at this property and paid entirely and directly at the front desk. Never was I offered a receipt. And there was a note clearly stating that "no invoive, your room IS free". So I wanted to see how it goes and contacted Reddoorz who just said over and over again that it is Booking who has to provide invoice and no, this is not the case because I paid at the hotel, not to Booking! It makes no sense and clearly they do not honour the policy they seem so proud to advertise.
