Overall is a good budget hotel. Quiet and near the place to see Mekong river.
Pros:

The room and the hallway are very clean. I can hear my shoes squeaking while walking through. The staff was helpful and she can speak English a little bit. The bed is comfortable for 3 persons. Have plenty of parking space

Cons:

The pillow cover is clean but we still can smell something bad inside the pillow. Air conditioner is not strong enough during the day.

It was A-OK, but three days enough due to distance from center and little food facilities
Pros:

no real breakfast, just coffee, toast and bananas! Room small but adequate. Mattress very hard. Very quiet facility except for Songcram festival music. Lovely hosts. Exceptionally clean room. Decent shower. Could use some reading lights.
