Staff didn’t explain any of the facilities or breakfast on check in we had to ask about breakfast, WiFi, checkout etc.
Pros:

It was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were really good and the location was good

Cons:

There was cigarette smoke lingering in corridors and coming up into our room everything smelt of stake smoke. This was in 1 out of 3 rooms

Best hotel with amazing breakfast

Our best decision was to book this hotel .
Loved everything about this hotel .
- Extremely clean
- Amazing breakfast and the restaurant stuff were so sweet ❤️
- big rooms , big washroom , big tv
- friendly and helpful receptionists

The stay was good, perfect place to start your daily/nightly journey
Pros:

Well I think it's already the 5th time I stay at Hotel Totara. It might not be the best of the best, but what I like most is the location. Very helpful and friendly staff.
There is a big improvement in breakfast compared to last year.

Cons:

Actually there is nothing to dislike. Sometimes you hear noise from other people, but it's still ok.
Maybe only warning I can give to the Mgt of the hotel. I hope you won't increase your prices anymore, otherwise value/money might not be correct anymore
