It was practical for my short stay but quality was not the best
Pros:

Good location
Good size room
Working AC and facilities
Passable for a short term stay

Cons:

My room smelled of cigarettes
Loose and badly installed fixtures and only one plug outlet in bedroom
Old furniture
Empty/dark hotel
Reception staff weren't the most friendly and thankfully I have a friend who could communicate in Romanian
Shower fixtures loose and water would change between hot and cold
Bed is very hard
Some people on floor above were noisy/loud in middle of night
