I was disappointed
Pros:

I loved the beach, beautiful palm trees located in a huge hotel area.

Cons:

Food was 1/10, limited variety and taste not better. Room was wildly outdated especially the bathroom, forgot to take pics. Salt water in the taps for brushing and showering. No iron in the room and couldn't provide one. No phone for easy reach for the receptionist. Towels are old and discolored.

Excelent location on the beach with reasonable pricelevel of accomodation and food.
Pros:

Location was great garden was providing a lot of shadow directly on the beach.

Cons:

water presure was not ok in most showers. The kitchen had unstable quality - same food was perfect and other day not same quality

Pros:

La posizione, la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, la pulizia, la qualità del cibo ed il fatto che la struttura è ben integrata con la natura

Great place but can do better.
Pros:

The location is really good,clean beach and a nice lounge.
The staff were really attentive and followed up with clients which was good.

Cons:

There wasn't enough food variety which was a disappointment. Only breakfast option was decent but lunch and dinner was really limited. At some point we missed some food and were told it has to be cooked again.

Our room unfortunately lacked a telephone and a fridge which should be part of the essentials in a room. We had to use our own mobile phones to call the reception.

Also the bathrooms need a bit of renovations. A bit outdated.
I feel like if they sort out these few issues then it's going to be one of the top destinations in Diani

Muy buen hotel, muy rica comida y buen personal. Me faltó una rica reposera en la playa
Pros:

Me gustó la atención del personal. Había muchos espacios para estar. Solo comí una noche en el restaurant, pero era muy rico. Había mucho espacio y daba directo a la playa. La cama muy rica. Hay aire acondicionado. Muchos monos y pajaritos. Me encantó que al rededor de las 5 dieran unas galletas y café. Sentí que todo el personal pensaba en el cliente. Muy bien todo. Habían ricas toallas de piscina y de ducha.

Cons:

El wifi funcionaba muy mal. Habían muchas reposeras en la playa, pero solo un par eran de madera y se podían reclinar a la altura que uno quería o dejarlas horizontal, mientras que la gran mayoría eran unas reposeras de plástico, incómodas y que no se podía regular el respaldo. Me faltó acondicionador (la crema de cuerpo muy rica, el shampoo típico de hotel)

Pros:

I had mixed feelings about Safari Beach Hotel, so I wanted to share an honest review. The hotel has a lot of great qualities: the room has a huge bed, a spacious balcony with a beautiful view, it’s right on the beach, breakfast is very good, the pool is large, and the restaurant is decent with reasonable prices.

However, I faced some issues during my stay. On the first day, there was no adapter for charging my phone, and water in the toilet was unavailable at times. Hot water was also inconsistent for a couple of days. There was no fridge initially, and I had to pay extra for one, which did not cool well for the first three days. Additionally, although I paid around $130 per night after a Booking discount, I was asked to pay an extra 5,000 KES per night for a second guest, even though the room is meant for two.

That said, the staff were extremely professional and kind. They checked in with me to make sure everything was okay and helped resolve all problems quickly.

Overall, I recommend this hotel. The location is amazing, the facilities are great, and with a few improvements — consistent hot water, adapters in rooms, and fairer policies for extra guests — it could easily become excellent. Thank you to Michova and the team for your care and attention.

Pros:

l emplacement fantastique...la piscine..Le personnel très gentil...mais le breakfast assez moyen chambre un peu vieille mais par contre les salles de bain délabrée...presque pas d eau...évier cassé d un autre âge bouché en permanence baignoire repeinte....mais très mal...
il faut absolument faire un effort sur cela.
Mais globalement on est très heureux de notre séjour..

Pros:

Bardzo czyste i piękne miejsce, duży basen i bezpośredni dostęp do plaży. Wspaniali pracownicy, przesympatyczny Pan, który zabawia gości na basenie proponuję różne sporty, rozciągnie, aqua aerobik. Bardzo sympatyczni Panowie ochroniarze oraz Pan basenowy. Bardzo polecam na obiekt na wakacje!

Wonderful staff and amazing beach setting
Pros:

Absolutely loved the pool and beautiful beach setting and views. Staff were amazing - super kind, helpful and friendly!

Cons:

The bathroom in our suite would benefit from some modernisation and a deep clean.

Super großes Bett

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig, aber für den Preis soweit in Ordnung.
Das Personal im Restaurant ist unfassbar langsam und unaufmerksam.

We had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and amazing beach resort! Our room was spacious and clean. Although we booked a room with two single beds it turned out it were not single beds but two double beds so it was big enough for family of 4. The bungalow was beautiful and we had so nice balcony view. Monkeys wonder around the hotel property and its such a little jungle experience. Hotel is kids friendly. The pool area is also clean, spacious and very beautiful. Sunbeds are on the grass with plenty of natural shadow and looking on the beach. Beach is also amazing and you will have it all for yourself. The hotel stuff are so kind and helpful. Everyone is smiling and greeting you, always there to serve you. Food at the restaurant is also very nice. Overall amazing experience and we will be back again.
