In einigen Punkten sehr enttäuschend und nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend!

Außenanlage; Nähe zum Strand; Freundlichkeit der Angestellten

Cons:

1) Die mit dem Hotel schriftliche vereinbarte Abholung vom Bahnhof in Mombasa (in den ausgetauschten Nachrichten ist in Booking.com nachzulesen!) hat nicht funktioniert! Wir mussten uns selbst in dem extrem gefährlichen Gewimmel von Hunderten von "Taxi"-/Kleinbus-Fahrern einen besorgen ohne zu wissen, wie zuverlässig diese Person tatsächlich sein würde.
2) Das im Angebot genannte WLAN im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und konnte auch währedn der 5 Aufenthaltstage NICHT repariert werden!
3) Das Angebot beim Frühstücks- und Abendessen-Büffet war sehr dürftig, sowohl hinsichtlich der Breite des Angebots als auch hinsichtlich der Qualität (z. B. viel zu zähes Rindfleisch!).

This place was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing... Exactly what we were looking for!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was always amazing, although sometimes you waited a long time for your food, it was always delicious and worth the wait!

Cons:

The food prices in my opinion were a little high for the portion sizes.

Great week at the beach.
Pros:

Staff and location were fantastic. Very much appreciated the inclusion of a well equipped gym.

Cons:

Buffet dinner was a little bit too late for our child. Would have been easier having dinner earlier. (Potentially advise parents of young children to opt for a la carte dinner over buffet)

Lovely great value stay
Pros:

Great location, lovely setting with lots of lovely trees, well kept gardens, pool and fab access to the white sands beach. Lots of naughty little monkeys on tap to make you giggle. Jonas needs a special shout out for being so supportive and arranging things for us, we felt sooo looked after. We has spent a week at the Footprints Family so we had a great stay at Safari Beach to relax after a very busy few days

I was disappointed
Pros:

I loved the beach, beautiful palm trees located in a huge hotel area.

Cons:

Food was 1/10, limited variety and taste not better. Room was wildly outdated especially the bathroom, forgot to take pics. Salt water in the taps for brushing and showering. No iron in the room and couldn't provide one. No phone for easy reach for the receptionist. Towels are old and discolored.

Excelent location on the beach with reasonable pricelevel of accomodation and food.
Pros:

Location was great garden was providing a lot of shadow directly on the beach.

Cons:

water presure was not ok in most showers. The kitchen had unstable quality - same food was perfect and other day not same quality
