A nightmare - Stay away from this hotel, there are much better hotels at much cheaper rates,
Pros:

There was nothing to like about this property. They offer terrible food in the restaurant, there are placed far from any other restaurants and they do not allow outside food. So if you stay here be ready to eat terrible food or STARVE...

Cons:

The corridors were dirty and when asked the reception staff why it is so dirty? Deeksha (staff) replied - "We cannot be cleaning every hour" The attitude of the staff is appalling, They charged me more than what they chare for a Suite and gave me a small room in the corner where the aircon wasnt working. I asked the staff to fix the aircon as I will return late in the night which gave them time and they said it was fixed but had to stay in the room for all night without aircon working. They said its because there was a function going on in the hotel. So basically they only cared for the big ticket function and no one else mattered. The property is over priced for what it offers, I hope the officials visit as it wont even get 1 star for being a hotel.
