Location & view is so nice but facility need some maintenance.

Room 1006 - aircond not cold at all even adjust temp at 16 degree.
2nd April reach hotel at 2pm, seat and wait at lobby for check in at 3pm. Aircond at lobby area was switch off, asked front desk staff, she said cannot switch on because it has auto timer. We wait in sweat for almost 1 hour before get our room key.
