Best budget place in George town , close to everything. Rooms are little but chilled. Host is a very humble and polite person. Guided me everything nearby.

Location great,
Mr Tan at counter from 8am to 4pm was very helpful.....coz of him i will like to stay there in future because I got a very small room and cannot perform also my daily prayer because the space to cozy......next time should get a bigger room as was informed by Mr Tan 209 quiet small compare than others.......overall its ok.

Great! Worth the money.
Pros:

The hotel was really clean and placed at strategic location, hence it is near to all the touristic places. The host was humble and polite. Really easy to communicate with them. highly recommended.

Pros:

De location is good

Cons:

- I am not from Malaysia. And the incheck procedure is revealed after you cannot cancel anymore: a banktransfer because there is no reception. Very misleading since there is hotel in the title.
-the photos of the room look ok. the room
was smelly dirty and without window. There was
no clear mention of no window during booking.
-the hygiene of the bathroom was disgusting.
-my towel was disgusting and smelly.

i checked out after the first night because of these reasons. I paid for 3 nights for this overpriced room. The “hotel” refuses to refund the money.
