أنا استأجرت في فندق باسل وكان ممتاز وموظف الاستقبال السعودي جدا ممتاز لا اعرف اسمه ولكن ابحثو عن تاريخ استأجاري لتكريمه فعلا اخلاقه عاليه وانصح مدير الفندق بتكريم هذا الموظف وانا والله ماعرفه ولم يطلب مني تقيمه
واتمنا تجديد الأثاث فهو قديم بعض الشي وفيه ملاحظه على روايح الغرف غير مريحه بعض الشي. وشكرا

I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone
Pros:

لا شيء
Nothing was good about this hotel

Cons:

The furniture was very old, the bed mattress was too old and the couch leg was broken, they do not provide bottled water nor tea bags or coffee sachets, the light was too dark and the tv receiver didn’t work, no toilet paper and it doesn’t worth the money they charge for the rooms
