Excellent, highly recommend.
Pros:

Wally the owner manager is very friendly and runs a very clean, well operated motel, walking distance to all in downtown Hot Springs. We found it perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Welcoming, clean and just what a weary traveler needs.
Pros:

Didn’t have a chance for breakfast. Travel plans had us out the door by 5:00am. I really liked the interaction with staff, very hospitable and friendly. Willing to go out of his way to make our stay memorable.

Very Pleasant stay!!
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised for being at a motel!! The owner was very nice and the room was very clean, The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was more than we had expected. Nice variety of healthier options. If opportunity should arise will definitely stay here again!!!
