Instalaciones antiguas, colchones antiguos, sanitarios antiguos, aunque muy limpio, no funcionaba el secador y me quedé con el soporte de la ducha en la mano. Aunque si estaba todo muy limpio el precio es excesivo. Además no me dejaron cenar en el establecimiento por no tener reserva ni aún siendo huéspedes ni me dieron opción alguna ni siquiera esperando, lo cual no fue lo que me dijeron a la llegada que me dijeron que tendría prioridad por estar alojada, así que me quedé sin posibilidad de cena. A las 8:30 h de la mañana ya se ponen a limpiar y hacen muchísimo ruido moviendo el mobiliario con lo que nos despertaron los dos días que estuvimos. Nos fuimos a las 11:00h de la mañana y no nos hicieron las camas ni la limpieza porque cuando pasaron todavía estábamos dentro, así que nos dieron una bolsa con toallas. Si hubiera pagado la mitad de precio esto no sería criticable pero con lo que pagué….no he recibido el servicio correcto.

Pros:

Es muy limpio y tranquilo. Quedé sorprendida de lo espaciosa, cómoda y maravillosa que era la habitación. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas mi estancia en ese lugar. Todo limpio y organizado.

Troisième séjour dans cet hôtel très propre et au personnel sympathique. Idéal pour une halte. Facile de se garer devant l'hôtel ou devant la Guardia Civil.

A good place to stay in Alcantara.
Pros:

It was just as we expected it to be. We could easily park outside (in May). The staff were very pleasant and quickly sorted something out for us. We ate in the restaurant, the menú del día was so good the first night that we had it the second night. So much to eat that we had a doggy bag, different menu every day.
