Green Town Mộc Châu

Mộc châu đẹp homestay rất đẹp nhưng chưa được Hiếu khách lắm, cảnh đẹp mà chưa được sạch sẽ đường đi đến từng căn phòng. Nhưng một kỳ nghỉ thật đáng để đến lần 2 tại homstay green town này

I had reserved a private room, but it was unavailable when I arrived.
All communication was done via translation apps, so it’s possible something was miscommunicated.
They didn’t say anything and showed me the dorm room, but said I was the only person in it.
I was confused, and asked for the room I booked. They only offered a discount when I said I would like to cancel and I’d find other options.
The dorm room was ok, but not what I was expecting. The noise from the adjacent dining area was a bit loud even with earplugs in.
It’s a cute place, and I wish I was able to try the private room. They have a really sweet dog and cat that love attention.
I appreciated being able to park my motorcycle inside a secured area.
Booking.com mentions that lunch and dinner are available for $1, but that’s not accurate. They have a menu with individual prices for items.

lovelly place to stay. if I was to have a wedding this is the place I'd love it to be. romantic, beautiful and has everything. restaurant. and what a pool.

The hotel presents itself nicely in pictures, featuring a large pool and lush green grounds. The room I booked boasted a large window, a comfortable bed, and an air conditioner. However, the air conditioner in the first room was not cooling properly. Thankfully, the issue was resolved promptly when I requested a room change

One of our party was over 80 years old, the Manager did not speak English so she told our guide there was no more rooms available on the bottom floor. When we discovered another room she should have credited the other room that was prepaid but she charged them 350,000 on top of what they had already paid and the room was similar. No English or menu so we could Not order breakfast. Our guide helped. The pool was dirty also. There was a white film on our legs when we just sat by the pool. The surroundings and the rooms were very nice. It is too bad the service did not meet our expectations. Very nice to look at but it was away from any other restaurants in town.

Location & fresh air

The staff was very kind and so helpfull. The room was very nice as well and especially the bathroom had a lovely ambiance. On booking there was some negative feedback, but during our stay none of that feedback was noticable meaning that the staff really takes feedback to the heart and is looking for ways to improve themselves. And I almost forgot to mention the awesome dinners that they serve, which tasted great and were very fresh

The staff is exceptional
The room is clean and new
The best part is they have kitchen that serves local dishes, even BBQ and Hot Pot
There is alsp motorbike rental
They simply have all you need for a good trip.

Everything great hosts, good food good company. Made me feel welcome and comfortable
