Pathetic Condition of Room

Location was good

Cons:

I entered hotel at 10 pm with my family, when we entered the room it was full of baygon smell, the room is full of cockroach on wall and on bed, wall is in damage condition then I told reception to change the room, first he disagree after that he gave new room, this room was little better but little cockroach was there on wall.
I checked hot water it was not coming than I told reception, he told keep tap running for 5 min than hot water will come and morning time 7 o'clock we start hot water, I checked hot water for 10 min, no hot water was there, than morning time between 0730 to 0800 I checked no hot water was there, at 0815 I left for my office, my wife told after I left office hot water had come.

Worst experience ever. Numerous cocroach of 2 cm were roaming in room and bathroom. Bathroom was having bad smell and were dirty. Towels pillow cover was dirty.

Great staff trying to make up for the aged equipment.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, reasonably clean, friendly staff that tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Room service food was delicious!

Cons:

Equipment is rather old and run down. Loud window AC units. Some small cockroaches came through the pipes in bathroom.
