Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise waren wir überaus zufrieden und konnten uns vollkommen entspannen.
Pros:

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt und mit Willkommensgetränken verwöhnt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und von sehr guter Qualität, zudem wurde bei einigen Produkten auf Regionalität Wert gelegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die umliegenden Thermen und viele Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders hat uns der eigene Pool- und Fitnessbereich gefallen, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Das Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist richtig gut und vielfältig ebenso das Abendessen.

Excellent hotel. Excellent choice
Pros:

Hotel was very modern. It looked really nice and expensive. It was cozy. Not too big. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were great. Nice and clean.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything. Maybe if anything parking spots were sometimes not enough

Wunderschönes Wellnesshotel zu einem wirklich fairen Preis
Pros:

Das Hotel ist komplett neu renoviert und hat einen wirklich guten Standard. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Restaurant hat extrem gute Qualität. Durch die überwiegend ältere Zielgruppe dort wirkt das Hotel sehr familiär, da sich jeder freundlich grüßt.

Halbpension ist sehr zu empfehlen was das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angeht. Es gibt täglich 3 verschiedene (Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarisch) Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl a la carte. Die anderen 3! Gänge kann man sich am Buffet holen, was und wieviel man möchte.
Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Ein sehr großes, diverses und reichhaltiges Buffet. Täglich frischer Lachs, Eierspeisen, üppiges obstangebot sowie zahlreiche weitere Köstlichkeiten.

Der Spa-Bereich war ebenfalls großartig. Im EG gibt es eine tolle Poollandschaft und einen schönen Ruheraum in dem immer Tee und Wasser zur freien Verfügung stehen. Im 5. und 6. OG befindet sich die Panorama-Saunalandschaft. Auch diese ist wirklich schön hergerichtet und ausgestattet mit einer finnischen Sauna, einem Sanarium, einem Dampfbad und einer Infrarot-Sauna.

Alles in allem eins der besten Hotels in denen wir in den letzten Jahren waren, wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Aber wenn ich mir etwas wünschen könnte, dann, dass das Hotel etwas weniger warm ist und das es Handtuchtrockner in den verschiedenen Spabereichen gibt.

Pros:

War alles super. Das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen, war sehr gut.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön gestaltet und das Wasser angenehm warm. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. :) Nur schade, dass der Wellnessbereich am Abreisetag nur bis 13 Uhr genutzt werden kann.
