Friendly staff, nice room
The room smelled a little of cigarette smoke.
The facilities and location were perfect for our requirements.

Room very comfortable and spacious and they take dogs, so perfect.
Bathrooms could do with upgrading, we have been for several years now and although rooms are great, bathrooms let them down now.
Tea and coffee in rooms could do with upgrading.
Also breakfast is not as good as it used to be, very minimal choice for pastries, fresh fruit and English breakfast portion size small.

Spacious family rooms. Separate bedrooms & bathrooms for the kids, loads of space to spread out and a well stocked complimentary tea tray
Very warm welcome on arrival. No fuss getting my room sorted. The room was warm and comfortable, it fulfilled all my needs. Very close to the restaurant and bar, also not very far from reception. Friendly staff in the bar and very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent , with plenty of choice.

Nothing really, as it met my needs.
We stayed in a bedroom in the hotel. It was clean and very comfortably, if a little on the warm side but the windows opened fully so we had natural ventilation.
The staff were all lovely and very approachable from check in to check out! Nothing was too much trouble. We have to give a special mention to Laura and Cerys, who served us on many an occasion and always with a smile. Thank you ladies!

The fish cakes! They were mainly potato! The other meals we had in Bar 1815 were excellent.
