The room was large and comfortable. Car parking right next to the room was excellent and very useful. There was plenty of space for your clothes and boots and shoes.
The safe didn’t work even after we reported it. The room was quite cold especially in the mornings and evenings but after we reported it, the staff immediately sent over a portable radiator which was very good. The shower was rather weak but adequate.
It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t offer food on Mondays and Tuesdays as the food and breakfasts were good.
Location and friendly , helpful staff !
Pool and sauna are not free for guests which is disappointing.
Staff excellent and room lovely and comfortable.
Breakfast was much better this visit and a better choice and quality of pastries would just make it 10/10
Superior twin room was clean and spacious. Having access to the leisure facilities was great. Breakfast was nice. Parking right outside our room door.
No shaver socket in the bathroom to charge my toothbrush. Mattress for me was uncomfortable but not terrible. Would of liked to have a small fridge in the room.
We always really enjoy our stays at the Waterloo, great hotel

Great staff, and location
Room was in need of modernisation.
Great location, friendly staff I would highly recommend this hotel.
Location. The size of the lodges. The food was really good quality. It was quiet, and I could park right outside the room. The beds were very comfortable I had a lovely night's sleep.
Parts of the room were a little dated and showing its age.
