Superb
Pros:

For the amount paid compared to the size of the room, it is quite worth it. The room is big and spacious and clean.
Usually there are not much guest, thus doesnt give a crowded feel.
The breakfast has a decent spread.

Cons:

The location is abit far away from any mall. And there are no convenient stalls around, you will require to walk about 10 mins to reach the close the closest. And the shop in the hotel is not 24 hrs.

Pros:

its comfortable and cozy.

Cons:

The view of my room was facing a blank wall, could not see anything. Environment was eerie and dark. Some lights were turned offed at the lobby at night.

Pros:

It's very dirty especially the swimming pool which was smelly and there's a lot of dust in the water. I guess it's never cleaned before.

Swimming pool and toiletries, and food also.

Comfortable bed

Cons:

The t&c did say about damage property but it didn't say it clearly like if there is stain like make up stain on the towel or bedsheet or whatever the hotel will charge. Whats the use of face towel if there's only a bit of make up stain. You say the laundry tried to clean it but it cannot be remove but i wash it using soap and using hand it can be clean! Please state properly what are the damage included. Small little things also you charge. Choose with window view but no view only wall view. Nearby shop only amati coffee.no nearby alfa mart(like 7 eleven)

Pros:

Being upgraded after confusion during and after check-in. Service recovery was acceptable.

TV channels were limited and most channels were inoperative.

the room was spacious however and the breakfast was simple but ok and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

TV was not working properly, very poor signal. the room overall condition was not very inviting.
