Pros:

Checkin war unkompliziert und gut kommuniziert, Lage war gut. Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet. Okay für eine Nacht, aber nicht sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Einzelzimmer war ein umgebauter Kellerraum (Fenster trotzdem vorhanden mit nettem Ausblick), strenger Geruch wie nach Ammoniak. Keine Steckdose in der Nähe vom Bett oder vom Tisch. Matratze leider extrem weich. Hellhörig zum Nachbarraum trotz Schalldämmungsplatten.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, schon gut zentral und direkt am Park zum Spazieren. Vieles fußnah oder auch gute Anschlüsse mit dem öffentkichrn Verkehr.
Für ein 1-Bett-Zimmer war alles optimal mit Waschbecken im Zimmer. Dafür Gemeinschaftsdusche mit Toilette pro Stockwerk. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Ich hatte Zimmer zur Parkseite.

Cons:

Die Wände sind etwas dünn, so dass man den %V im Zimmer nebenan oder das Gescharcge gehört hat.

Etwas ungewohnt, wie auch schon in anderen Hotels. Ohne Rezeption eizuchecken ist schon schön. Dennoch eine besetzte Rezeption fände ich schon schön.
Unbesetzt gab es eine Liste zum Ausfüllen für das Frühstück. Wegen des Datenschutzes würde ich die Frühstücksanmeldung lieber persönlich machen.

Pros:
