Great room, excellent staff, super helpful and kind. Always there to answer questions and help when needed. Room was super clean, very comfortable bed with a little kitchenette. Good solid WiFi, I did not do a speed test, but was able to stream Netflix at night on my laptop. Location is great, a quiet area, but about 2 km from the zocalo.
The only thing I would have liked is a better hot water supply in the shower. The boiler is small, so you run out of hot water pretty quickly. Maybe we are just spoiled with the hot water supply we have at home.
Service was excellent all around.
