Really enjoyed the whole Italian style. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. We walked a little way down to one of the pools where chairs and tables were set out. The place is known for its functions, so we couldn't sit at the bar due to a private function and were referred to the Cielo Cafe. There we enjoyed delicious cocktails under the trees. Their drinks list is extensive. The food was incredibly delicious, as was the breakfast the next morning.

From the minute you arrive to when you leave you become part of the Avianto family, the staff without exception are brilliant.

A stunning property on the outskirts of the buzzing city of Joburg. You get the feel and aesthetic of being in Italy. It’s picturesque and beautiful, with a lot of greenery.

Limited menu, some of the things you would order the staff would say it's not available because some machine is not working
Rude staff, no sense of urgency from anyone. We asked for certain things and the staff would dissappear especially the kitchen staff at cafe cielo.
The kiddies playground is a health and safety hazard. Many of the equipment not in good condition.
The rooms floors are old, there's many equipment such as as the steam iron and some hair dryer that's impractical because you can't use them
The place is deteriorating and they are using old pictures to lure people.
I loved the location, the food was great and the room was clean, the sheets smelled so clean and the bed was comfortable I could sleep the whole day 🥰
