Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo udany i zdecydowanie spełnił moje oczekiwania
Pros:

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje pomocny i przemiły personel, który od pierwszej chwili dba o komfort gości i zawsze służy pomocą.
Pokój był duży, ciepły i bardzo komfortowy. Miłym zaskoczeniem były detale świadczące o wysokim standardzie – woda podawana w szklanych butelkach, kapcie i miękkie szlafroki, które umilały pobyt. W łazience ładnie pachnące kosmetyki – żel pod prysznic oraz balsam. Polecamy również strefę Wellnes, można w niej odpocząć po ciężkim dniu i się zrelaksować. Na koniec chciałabym szczególnie wyróżnić managera, którego profesjonalizm, zaangażowanie i troska o gości są widoczne na każdym kroku. Dzięki takiemu podejściu atmosfera w hotelu jest wyjątkowo przyjazna.

Bardzo przyjazne odejście personelu (szczególnie managera) do gości.
Wszelkie wyzwania były rozwiązywanie od ręki na korzyść klienta.
Pokoje bardzo czyste, łazienki jak nowe.

Basen również czysty i ciepły, strefa saun rewelacyjna. Basen byl w cenie pobytu, sauny 10€ na cały dzień, to korzystna cena.

Smaczne, urozmaicone kontynentalne śniadania.
Restauracja z szerokim menu. Codziennie korzystaliśmy.

Świetna obsługa. Przykłada sie bardziej niż wymagają tego obowiązki. Szczególnie kierownik. Jedzenie wyśmienite. Przewyższa niejeden hotel z wieloma gwiazdkami. Rewelacyjna golonka.

Cons:

W weekend w restauracji było dużo osób spoza hotelu i jak zeszliśmy na kolację to nie było stolika. Musieliśmy wrócić do pokoju i polować później na stolik.

Bardzo wielkie rozczarowanie!
Cons:

Mieliśmy potwierdzoną rezerwację tydzień wcześniej, ale po przyjeździe nie udało nam się skontaktować z obiektem. Nikt nie odbierał telefonu, brama była zamknięta, nikt nie otwierał. Po długim oczekiwaniu byliśmy zmuszeni szukać innego noclegu. Najgorsze w tym wszystkim jest to, że mimo iż nie mogliśmy się nawet dostać do środka, następnego dnia obiekt pobrał od nas kwotę za rezerwację. Próbowaliśmy kontaktować się z hotelem przez Booking.com, ale bez reakcji. To naprawdę żenujące i przykre, że ktoś potrafi tak potraktować gości – nie tylko brak szacunku, ale jeszcze i strata pieniędzy.
Najgorsze doświadczenie, jakie mieliśmy w całej Słowacji. Absolutnie nie polecam nikomu. Nie chodzi już nawet o pieniądze, tylko o zasadę. To, co zrobiliście, jest skandaliczne. Takie traktowanie gości to hańba i kompromitacja dla całej branży.

Krásne, takto by to malo vyzerať všade.
Pros:

Krásny hotel, všade čistučko, voňavo. Pohodlné postele. Úžasné jedlo v reštaurácii. Výborná káva a chutné raňajky. Ochotný pán riaditeľ.

Cons:

Na našej izbe nefungovali všetky programy na televízii. Nevedeli to vyriešiť.

Very good hotel ... in the middle of nowhere
Pros:

Very clean hotel with very friendly personnel in all departments. Comfortable beds in rooms of good size. Indoor swimming pool and good spa area available for extra fee. Food in the restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is ok.
Only thing is ... it's in the middle of nowhere.
