Breve viaggio in terra Umbra.
Pros:

Borgo Castello Panicaglia è un borgo del 1200, ottimamente ristrutturato e conservato.
La gestione ha usato una cura indescrivibile anche nei minimi dettagli.
Persino i giochi per i bambini richiamano l'epoca passata, non è presente la televisione ma questo direi sia un pregio.
Ci si gode appieno l'atmosfera di un casale un po' fuori dal tempo, ma dotato di ogni confort, il cammino acceso avvolge chi entra in un caldo abbraccio.
Per noi è stata una sosta breve (2 notti), ma se dovessimo ritornare in Umbria lo sceglieremo nuovamente.
La camera super confortevole, le lenzuola di ottima stoffa, le luci soffuse....
Il personale è gentilissimo e cerca di mettere l'ospite a suo agio.
Abbiamo cenato lì una sera ed il cibo era ottimo.

Tutto lo staff al completo nessuno escluso,i biscotti appena sfornati che ci sono stati offerti appena arrivati,la qualità delle materie prime della colazione...prima tra tutte la torta di mele, mai mangiato una più buona in vita mia,il materasso comodo come quello di casa

La struttura è tenuta bene, posizione buona per visitare l'Umbria

Cons:

Le aspettative e il prezzo erano superiori alla qualità della location. Il bagno assolutamente da rivedere, piccolo, ,maniglie della porta e rubinetteria vecchie, anche la doccia rivedibile. Da migliorare anche la colazione, non all'altezza di un 4 stelle

Pros:

Bellissima struttura, stanze stupende, location mozzafiato. Ma vorrei soprattutto sottolineare la gentilezza e attenzione del personale, ormai non è facile trovare uno staff così professionale e attento, l’ho apprezzato tantissimo, grazie a Michele che è stato davvero gentile e ospitale. Ci torneremo sicuro!
