Pros:

Comfy room right in the centre of town. Tea/coffee making facilities and food sized bathroom. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Cons:

There was noise, like a generator, outside the bedroom window. Ear plugs were thoughtfully provided

Lovely stay in the centre of Bridgwater. Staff service is always top notch and breakfast fabulous.
Pros:

Great central location - within walking distance of railway station. Breakfast was excellent as always.

Cons:

The shower was not quite hot enough for my liking and it seemed to struggle water pressure wise (room 11).

A positive experience.
Pros:

Everything, in particular the restaurant and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I would have liked a comfy chair in the room too.

Had that old school hotelier experience,
Very warm welcome Very accommodating and very helpful.

We booked the Room with the Spa bath! I would recommend it to anyone.

Traditional upmarket decor in a Historic building, they have a lovely restaurant and a bar next door.

Cons:

The breakfast is a bit rubbish 😅, but it was free.

Très bon hôtel! Excellent rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Chambre très bien aménagée, literie très confortable, calme, propre.
Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse incroyable !
Le petit déjeuner est absolument délicieux.
C'est également très bien placé, dans le centre, à quelques minutes à pied des rues commerçantes et de la station de bus.
J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé le micro ondes à disposition dans le couloir afin de pouvoir faire chauffer son repas du soir si l'on a envie de manger au calme dans sa chambre.

Cons:

Ça manquait d'un peu de pression dans la douche et il y manquait un peu de chauffage aussi comparé à la température agréable de la chambre.
