Un bijou dans un écrin de verdure campagnarde

• Un écrin de modernité dans le calme de la campagne
• A moins d'une heure de voiture de nombreuses destinations touristiques et culturelles
• Un très grand parking à disposition
• Pensé pour l'accueil des personnes à mobilité réduite et des enfants
• Un accueil familial et convivial avec un formidable esprit d'équipe de l'ensemble du personnel
• Le personnel est efficace et disponible, accueillant, souriant
• Il y a toujours quelqu'un pour comprendre le français
• Chambres généreuses et bien insonorisées
• Le mobilier est sans fioriture, solide et pratique, pensé pour simplifier la vie
• Un grand lit double, généreux, avec sommier relevable
• Deux chaises, table de travail, deux chaises et table sur le balcon, store électrique
• Armoire spacieuse
• Salle de bain spacieuse et pratique, double vasque
• Les chambres ont un balcon orienté sud/sud ouest avec vue sur le Säntis aux étages supérieurs
• Le restaurant moderne et réputé offre une très belle carte à la clientèle de l'hôtel et de l'extérieur
• Les plats semblent un peu cher à priori, mais on y trouve largement son compte, tant en qualité qu'en quantité
• 5 repas du soir pris au restaurant et un sans-faute ! *****
• Le coffre fort à code n'est pas à toute épreuve, mais il est grand et contient une prise de courant :-)
• Franchement, je ne suis pas un client facile, mais là, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Cons:

• Il pourrait y avoir un miroir à maquillage dans la salle de bain
• Il n'y a ni climatisation ni mini bar, mais le concept de l'hôtel est axé sur la durabilité, ceci explique cela

Good!
Pros:

Very good structure, excellent breakfast, nice surroundings, very good meal at the restaurant.

Cons:

While everything was good as always, I have to point out that it was the first time in July and even in Tufertschwil the temperatures were well above average, therefore the absence of air conditioning system in my room was making my stay less comfortable than all the previous times.

Pros:

Nejen vynikající přístup profesionální, ale především s lidskou tváří.
Nadstandardní starostlivost o zákazníka a přivítání, ačkoliv Jsem přijel velmi pozdě, z důvodu čekání před tunelem.
Christian večer a Kathrin ráno na recepci byli usměvaví a chápaví.
Radost přijet znovu. Moc vám děkuji za vstřícnost + přeji všechno Dobré.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, das gesamte Personal war freundlich und herzlich. Das Essen war jeden Tag frisch und sehr lecker – wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der hervorragende Service: Ich hatte versehentlich mein Lieblingsbuch im Hotel vergessen. Das Team hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und es mir per Post nach Hause geschickt. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very good.
Pros:

Everything very good as usual, including the very good dinner. Also breakfast is good.

Cons:

This time the wifi was not so efficient, the signal was weak and frequently interrupted. Perhaps an issue with the router?

Cons:

Der Preis in Höhe von 30 CHF für einen mitgebrachten Hund erscheint mehr überzogen. Insbesondere, wenn es keinerlei damit verbundene Zusatzleistungen wie Futter, Napf, ... gibt.
