Classic townhouse for few guests
Pros:

Outside like a French mansion, inside with mauric influence, this hotel has spacious common areas for only 5 guest rooms.
The view from our room was incredible: snow-covered mount Teide, city of La Orotava and the Atlantic Ocean.
Our room was spacious with a large wardrobe, and the bathroom was very large.
In the common area there are coffee and tea makers available always, and deck chairs are available for sitting outside.
Breakfast (served 8:30-10:00) offered a large choice of high-quality products.
We always got one of the 3-4 parking spots beloning to the hotel directly in front of it.
Several good restaurants are within 7-10 minutes walking distance.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay.

Peaceful, unique, restful, beautiful.
Pros:

A beautiful historic Canarian House, with many original features. The guests rooms are large and comfortable with excellent views and fantastic bathrooms. Mini Bar is priced as you would pay in a shop or bar.
Breakfast is excellent, continental with a large selection to help yourself from , Chemex coffee served at the table with hot milk.
There are a number of areas around the house for guests to relax in all furnished in period style.
The staff are all fantastic, take great pride and care.

Tout ! Nous avions l’impression d’être à la maison (et quelle joie de s’imaginer vivre dans cette incroyable demeure). Tout le monde était arrangeant, nous avons même eu un petit déjeuner à emporter pour notre départ prévu très tôt.

A hidden gem which I highly recommend.
Pros:

The decor is outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The whole inside of the building is beautiful with a piano which my son loved. The pool is lovely which we didn’t use but still a great facility. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

We kept getting booted off the wifi. And sometimes it took several attempts to get back in. But that’s it. The entire experience was wonderful.

An absolute gem of a place.
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely first class , a wide range of food items on offer , freshly squeezed orange juice , delcious selection of breads and pastries and always a freshly baked cake or muffins . Coffee excellent too.
In addition very much appreciated being able to use the garden room to make tea at any time.
The tiled bathroom was something else . We loved the Moorish tiling.
Above all though we felt the welcome was truly exceptional and very personal.

Pros:

Un hôtel historique plein de charme et chargé d histoire .Merci au patron pour la visite et l histoire du peintre Otazzo
Superbe vue sur le Teide quand il est dégagé

Pros:

Ein von der Besitzerfamilie persönlich geführtes kleines Hotel mit privatem Flair. Einer unserer besten Aufenthaltsorte.
Feines Frühstück vom Schwiegersohn zubereitet, es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Idéal pour se ressourcer
Pros:

L’établissement est une grande demeure avec peu de chambres, ce qui en fait un lieu très calme et c’est très appréciable. La literie est très confortable et la salle de bain splendide et spacieuse. Très bon petit déjeuner (fruits, céréales, pain, œufs, laitages, un petit peu de fromage et de charcuterie). Établissement très bien situé dans La Orotava. Je recommande vivement.

Das Hotel ist traumhaft und jede Ecke des Hauses muss erkundet werden! Sensationell!
Pros:

Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön, mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Man denkt man lebt in einer anderen Zeit. Es ist wie ein Museum und man lebt darin.

Cons:

Für uns war es nicht so schlimm, andere sollten es aber wissen. Im Zimmer Gran Canaria hatten wir leider Ameisen im Badezimmer, diese winzigen, kleinen. Sie waren nicht störend, tun nichts aber nicht jeder findet das hygienisch und wir haben es mit biologischen Mitteln versucht aber es hat nicht funktioniert. Wie gesagt, wir können mir so etwas leben.
