Pros:

Very personal treatment, it seems that the staff really cares for your wellbeing. We had a room with lots of light. There is extreme traffic when school starts, but therest of the day it's quiet.
The breakfast ist prepared with love, first they put a small portion, but you can ask for more and get everything, they try to make you happy without additional cost.

Cons:

Obviously it was recently refurbished, it looked better than on the pics on Booking. They should put new pics.

Cute little hotel for one night
Pros:

The staff at the property was friendly and helpful with information about the area and taxi services.

Cons:

The hotel is old but was renovated which is nice, no fan in the bathroom, pillows were hard , could not get comfortable and the the noise of other passengers was loud at times, especially late at night.

Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado pudiendo caminar fácilmente a varios lugares. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, personal muy amable, me sirvieron el desayuno media hora antes del horario establecido.

Cons:

Me quedé dos noches por separado y las piezas eran muy chicas. Si bien no fue un problema para mi porque solo llegué a dormir y me fui temprano al día siguiente, no era cómodo si decides quedarte varios días. Una de las piezas tenía una ventana que daba a otra ventana por lo que no pude abrir la cortina en ninguna momento. Es por esto que me pareció que el precio es un poco alto para las condiciones de las piezas.

Tenia más expectativas del alojamiento. La cama es muy cómoda pero no tuvimos agua caliente para la ducha
Pros:

La cama era espectacular.
El desayuno contundente, estaba porcionado y bien variado. Venía pan, jamón, queso, salame, mermelada, jugo, porción pequeña de pastel y yogurt. También ofrecían huevos revueltos.

Cons:

El mayor problema que tuvimos fue que no había agua caliente cuando nos fuimos a bañar. Perdimos 1,5 horas esperando que solucionaran el problema y terminamos bañándonos con agua fría para no perder más tiempo.
El aseo general estaba bien, sin embargo le falta mantención a las instalaciones. Las ventanas no estaban cuadradas, el piso estaba ladeado y habían hongos en la cortina del baño y ventanas. Las toallas tenían manchas de óxido.
No fue un problema para nosotros, pero la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado split, solo un ventilador.
El personal no tiene capacidad de resolución. La respuesta estándar a nuestras inquietudes eran: uy, qué raro que no había pasado esto antes.
Cuando hicimos el check in, nos enteramos que booking no nos había cobrado y nos cobraron la estadía completa en la recepción. Según booking, la plataforma debería cargarnos el 50% de la reserva que no sucedió y la información disponible era muy confusa. Afortunadamente no se duplicó el cobro.

Pros:

Muy rico y surtido el desayuno. La habitación cómoda, limpia, con todo lo necesario para descansar bien. La dueña y todas muy amables. Cercano al centro y con todo muy accesible. Cien por ciento recomendado!
