Super friendly staff and gave me useful recommendations about the area. The location is perfect, central but quiet in a side road. Super quite area in the jungle, and a pool to relax. Free water and coffee all day!

La paz del lugar, había el silencio necesario para descansar. 😊
La atención al cliente es magnífica. Hay café y agua filtrada, disponibles.
La piscina muy limpia. Todo limpio y en orden.

Cons:

Que el servicio sanitario tiene poca privacidad: hace falta aislarlo del resto de la habitación y una ventanita para que salgan los olores. 🙊🙉🙈

Pros:

The room was comfortable and outside space is a lovely place to relax.

Cons:

There was no fan in the room which I would have preferred to aircon.
The bathroom area is separated by a wall rather than a door which felt strange as we were 2 friends travelling

The hotel was small and quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

Just an observation the road to town centre was a bit quiet. It didn’t feel unsafe but may not suit a nervous traveller.

Cons:

La presión del agua de una de las habitaciones era muy reducida. Se entiende que en la zona ocurra esto pero pueden colocar bombas y tanques de agua para solucionarlo.

Wonderful peaceful place. The hotel is at the edge of the town right next to the rainforest. You can lay in the pool and look up in the trees and spot all kind of animals.

Great place with small beds :p
Pros:

Nice and calmly located, the room has everything you need and is clean and modern.

Cons:

For the size of the room, a bigger bed is appreciated. It felt like a 140cm while we were expecting 160-180cm. Which would have been more comfortable since I was traveling with a friend
